Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks an experienced Mining Project Manager to lead end-to-end greenfield mining project execution, including planning, infrastructure development, and production readiness. The role requires strong leadership, contractor coordination, and deep knowledge of mining productivity and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in mining operations with 3–5 years in management, holds POP/POM certification, and can manage cross-functional teams across site development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• 8–10 years of mining operations experience, including 3–5 years in management.
• POP or POM mining certification mandatory.
• Experience with greenfield development and large-scale site operations.
• Proven cost control, scheduling, and contractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects.
• Oversee day-to-day mining operations, scheduling, and pit development.
• Optimize fleet matching and equipment ratios.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering, logistics, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and production progress.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and mining regulations.
• Prepare operational and financial reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and safety.
