Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• POP or POM mining certification is mandatory.

• Experience with greenfield mining projects from land development to production.
• Experience in contractor-based mining environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects (haul roads, jetty, pit opening, site infrastructure).
• Manage day-to-day mining operations including scheduling, pit development, fleet utilization, and manpower coordination.
• Develop fleet matching strategies and cost-efficient budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, logistics, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and production progress; ensure safety and compliance.
