Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering is required.
• POP or POM mining certification is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of experience in mining operations with 3–5 years in managerial-level responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing large-scale mining operations within contractor-based environments.
• Experience with greenfield mining projects from land development to production and logistics readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects including infrastructure development.
• Manage day-to-day mining operations, production scheduling, fleet utilization, and manpower coordination.
• Develop and optimize fleet matching strategies, equipment ratios, and operational budgeting.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, engineering teams, pit services, logistics providers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and production progress while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare operational and financial reports related to production and site productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency and production optimization.
