The role requires a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering with 8–10 years in mining, including 3–5 years in leadership, and strong English for technical coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in mining operations with 3–5 years in managerial positions.
• Experience managing large-scale mining operations within contractor-based environments.
• Strong knowledge of greenfield development, pit planning, production scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects including hauling roads, jetty development, pit opening, and site infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day mining operations including production scheduling, pit development, fleet utilization, and manpower coordination.
• Develop and optimize fleet matching strategies, equipment ratios, and operational budgeting to maximize site productivity and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, pit services, logistics providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and production progress against timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, mining regulations, and internal procedures.
• Prepare operational and financial reports on production performance and site productivity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in operational efficiency and contractor management.
