Job summary

The Mining Project Manager role in Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara, oversees end-to-end mining project execution in greenfield developments. You will drive planning, infrastructure development, and production readiness while coordinating with contractors and site teams to meet safety and efficiency targets.

Working with senior management, operations, and logistics, you will optimize fleet matching, control costs, manage schedules, and deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering is required.
• POP or POM mining certification is mandatory.
• 8–10 years in mining operations with 3–5 years in managerial roles.
• Experience managing large-scale contractor-based mining operations.
• Experience with greenfield projects from land development to production and logistics readiness.
• Experience with nickel, copper, gold, or related mining commodities preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• English proficiency for technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of greenfield mining projects including site infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day mining operations, production scheduling, fleet utilization, and manpower.
• Develop fleet matching strategies and operational budgeting to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering teams, logistics providers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, ensure timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Prepare operational and financial reports on production performance and project progress.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations and contractor management.
