Job summary

Kulu is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to own how enterprise customers’ AI agents perform and to realise value from deployments. You will actively analyse live sessions, identify friction, and iterate prompts and configs to improve outcomes.

This hands-on, high-ownership role sits between commercial, product, and engineering, with a focus on delivering measurable customer value and rapid deployment improvements. The Bali office anchors the in-person culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent, polished English; you will screen for language proficiency.
• AI-fluent with experience building GPTs, AI workflows, or no-code automations.
• Strong product sense and judgment to prioritise changes.

Responsibilities

• Own AI agent performance for enterprise customers and drive value realization.
• Analyze sessions, identify friction, and iterate configs and prompts.
• Design, ship, and validate onboarding configs and prompts.
• Provide deployment support updates and drive the playbook forward.
• Maintain deep understanding of product capabilities and roadmap.
