Job summary

Kulu is hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to own how our AI agents perform for enterprise customers. You will analyse live sessions, iterate prompts, and ship configuration changes that demonstrate value in ongoing deployments.

Based in Bali and working in-person with the engineering team, you will bridge customer needs with product capabilities across commercial, product and engineering, maintaining end-to-end ownership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Fluent, polished English in daily interactions.
• Hands-on, high-ownership role with end-to-end responsibility.
• Comfortable working with JSON and technical detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end agent performance for deployed customers.
• Analyze live sessions and friction reports to identify issues and drive fixes.
• Iterate configs and prompts to improve agent behavior and value.
• Deliver deployment support updates and measurable progress to customers.
• Build onboarding configs for new customers and segments.
• Escalate platform- or system-level issues with evidence to engineering.
• Improve the Kulu playbook and analytics methodology over time.
• Maintain deep product and roadmap fluency to anticipate customer needs.
