Job summary

Kulu is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own how its AI agents perform for enterprise customers and how customers realize value from them. You will move agents from deployed to excellent by analyzing live sessions, identifying friction, iterating prompts and configurations, and supporting deployments that customers pay for.

• Ability to analyze live customer sessions and identify friction points.
• Experience with prompt/configuration iteration and deployment tooling.

• Own the deployment performance of AI agents across paying customers.
• Analyse live onboarding sessions and friction reports to drive config changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Communicate with customers daily to ensure value realization and successful deployments.
