Kulu is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to own how our AI agents perform for enterprise customers, moving them from deployed to excellent.

You will analyze live sessions, identify friction, iterate prompts and configs, and ship changes that prove results in the next batch of sessions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with daily customer interaction across a growing portfolio.

• Analyze live sessions, identify friction, iterate prompts and configs, and ship deployment improvements.
• Speak to customers daily, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing value delivery.
• Take over a working deployment system and scale it across a growing portfolio of paying customers.
