This role sits in Bali within an in-person culture, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure top-tier deployment outcomes for US and European customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for enterprise customers.
• Hands-on ownership of AI agent deployments.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with product, eng, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own agent performance across deployed customers from end to end.
• Analyze live sessions, identify friction, and implement config and prompt improvements.
• Provide deployment support and ensure value realisation for customers.
