Job summary

Kulu is hiring a Lead AI Product Manager to own the AI systems and product at the heart of our platform. This is a hands-on, player-coach role: you will lead engineers, make architectural decisions, review code, and ship improvements yourself.

You will balance product judgement with engineering execution, guiding real-time AI agents and ensuring reliable, scalable behavior. Bali focus, high-performance culture, rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Exceptional software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building production apps with modern LLMs.
• Strong intuition for LLM behaviour and prompt design.
• Experience designing agentic or multi-step AI systems.
• Fluent English with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve production agent architecture with LLMs.
• Directly lead engineers; review work and provide feedback.
• Debug failures, ship prompts, prototype and test models.
• Own technical direction of the agent and architecture choices.
• Hands-on coding and shipping production changes.
