Job summary

Care is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer in Jakarta. You will provide Level 2 support for multiple enterprise applications, troubleshoot incidents, and manage the incident lifecycle from detection to closure. You will escalate complex issues, perform RCA, and assist in releases and patch deployments.

A shift-based schedule (2 or 3 shifts) is required. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer/Telecom) with 2+ years of experience and proficiency in Linux, Nginx, Redhat,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (computer/telecommunication) or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and planning skills; understanding of SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications and resolve incidents.
• Investigate and diagnose complex technical issues related to application functionality and integration.
• Manage the incident lifecycle from identification to closure, with proper logging and prioritization.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 3 or development teams per SLA.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
• Assist in planning, testing, and deployment of releases, patches, and updates.
• Validate release packages across development, testing, and production environments.
• Identify process improvements within the support function to enhance service quality.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices and customer-centric support behavior.
