Shopee Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition (Main) specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, partnering with hiring managers and HRBP on strategy. You will lead full-cycle hiring, build strong talent pipelines, manage onboarding and probation processes, and track recruitment metrics to improve pipeline health across the company.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience and HRM exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management and ownership.
• Data-driven, organized, proactive communicator.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
• Good communicator in Korean and English (Japanese a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, partnering with Hiring Managers and HRBP on hiring strategy.
• Lead full-cycle hiring including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, while building strong talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline health to stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and probation processes to help new hires integrate and succeed at Shopee, from pre-boarding through probation review.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs (e.g., town halls, team-building events, culture campaigns).
• Draft and distribute internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages, across email, Slack, and intranet channels.
• Track and report engagement and communication effectiveness metrics to continuously improve program

Job Description:

Talent Acquisition (Main)

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units, partnering with Hiring Managers and HRBP on hiring strategy


• Lead full-cycle hiring including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, while building strong talent pipelines


• Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline health to stakeholders


• Manage end-to-end onboarding and probation processes to help new hires integrate and succeed at Shopee, from pre-boarding through probation review

Engagement & Internal Communications

• Plan and execute employee engagement programs (e.g., town halls, team-building events, culture campaigns) to strengthen sense of belonging and company culture


• Draft and distribute internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages, across email, Slack, and intranet channels


• Track and report engagement and communication effectiveness metrics (e.g., participation rate, survey scores, channel reach) to continuously improve program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree


• 3+ years of experience across recruitment(must have) and other HRM functions


• Strong stakeholder management and ownership of assigned areas


• Data driven, organized, proactive, strong communicator


• Problem-solver with critical thinking and consulting experience on complex issues


• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities


• Good communicator in Korean and English (Japanese is a plus, but not required)
