Shopee is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition intern to support end-to-end recruitment operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will review candidate profiles, help schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams.

As a full-time intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, market mapping, and ATS records while developing communication and teamwork skills in a diverse team. This role offers practical exposure to people operations and talent projects.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Review and screen candidate profiles and resumes to assess alignment with role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Support recruitment operations, including candidate eligibility checks, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end interview process.
• Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify potential candidate pools and understand talent trends.
• Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels, while building and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), gather interview feedback, and support reporting and process improvements.
