Job summary

ASCO Automotive is seeking a Performance Management lead to design and implement an integrated KPI framework that aligns objectives at company, functional, and individual levels. You will ensure objective, timely performance appraisals across departments and partner with leaders to establish measurable KPIs and OKRs.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, PDCA-based improvements, and ongoing optimization of the performance management cycle to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Management with hands-on experience designing and delivering performance appraisal.
• Proven experience in constructing KPI and Objectives and Key Results (OKR)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an integrated KPI framework aligning performance objectives across company, function, and individual levels.
• Ensure the performance appraisal process is objective, consistent, and within timeline across departments.
• Partner with business leaders to establish clear, measurable KPIs and performance objectives.
• Facilitate the implementation of the annual and periodic performance management cycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through a PDCA-based performance management approach.
