Job summary

APP Group is seeking an experienced OD and performance management professional to drive organizational development initiatives and ensure workforce effectiveness across our manufacturing operations.

You will coordinate KPI setting, reviews, and appraisals, align individual performance with corporate objectives, analyze data, and support managers with evaluations while maintaining HR tools and generating concise reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in OD, performance management, or HR development.
• Good understanding of KPI and performance appraisal systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage organization development initiatives (job structure, competency mapping, workforce improvement).
• Coordinate and monitor the performance management cycle (KPI setting, review, appraisal).
• Ensure alignment between individual performance and company objectives.
• Analyze performance data and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support managers in performance evaluation and organizational issues.
• Maintain performance management systems and related HR tools.
• Prepare simple reports for HR and management.
