Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a senior leader to drive corporate performance management and KPI governance across the organization. You will align strategic objectives with measurable KPIs and oversee data-driven decision-making.

The role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, preparing executive materials, and partnering with directors to drive standardization and automation of performance processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in corporate performance management, strategy, or business analytics roles.
• Experience supporting executive and Board-level performance reviews in large organizations, preferably telecommunications.
• Certification in Balanced Scorecard or OKR is an advantage

2. Design and govern corporate KPI frameworks, including target setting, cascading, measurement standards, and performance review cadence.
3. Review and analyze performance trends and variances, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions for management attention.
4. Manage corporate performance reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual), including executive and Board-level performance materials.
5. Strengthen performance management processes and tools, driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1. Min. 10-12 years of experience in corporate performance management, strategy, or business analytics roles.
2. Experience supporting executive and Board-level performance reviews in large organizations, preferably telecommunications.
3. Certification: Balanced Scorecard Professional or OKR certification is an advantage
