Job summary

Moell is seeking a KOL Lead to own our KOL marketing strategy and guide the creator partnerships that drive brand campaigns. You will lead the KOL team, set objectives, and ensure campaigns align with our goals.

You will manage end-to-end campaigns, review content, brief influencers, negotiate terms, and analyze performance to optimize impact. Strong networking with influencers and excellent communication are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop KOL strategies aligned with company & brand goals.
• Set and monitor team KPIs and ensure target achievement.
• Lead end-to-end KOL campaigns, from strategy, briefing, negotiation, execution, to performance evaluation.
• Develop integrated KOL campaigns with the 360° marketing team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee content quality, campaign execution, and KOL administrative processes.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 - 3 years of working experience as KOL Supervisor or similar role
• Strong analytical, strong critical & structural thinking is a must
• Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end KOL management
• Strong in brief creation, content review, and campaign execution
• Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in social media analytics, influencer marketing platforms, and performance tracking tools to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in contract negotiation, budget management, and influencer partnership management.
• Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced & high demanding environment
