Job summary

Travelio, an online short to medium term home rental operator in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive KOL manager to oversee end-to-end collaborations, research, and terms across four brands: Travelio Demand, Areum Residence, Guru Giri, and Dapur Guri.

You will lead outreach to event organizers, communities, and corporate clients, craft briefs and SOWs, prepare legal documents, review deliverables, and analyze content performance to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; marketing or communications is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in KOL management or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing with ability to drive engagement.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze content metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage KOLs and partners.
• Outgoing, social, and proactive in engaging with diverse KOLs.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations across 4 brands.

Job description

Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations including but not limited to research, negotiating collaboration terms and benefits, delivering campaign briefings, defining the SOW, preparing legal documents, reviewing deliverables, and analyzing and reporting content performance across 4 brands (Travelio Demand, Areum Residence, Guru Giri, and Dapur Guri).

Conduct outreach to third parties including but not limited to event organizers, communities, and corporate clients to promote and offer Dapur Guri and Guru Giri.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from any backgrounds, a background in marketing or communications is a plus.
at least 1 year of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing and KOL management, with the ability to leverage influencers effectively to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance metrics, identify insights, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders.

Outgoing, cheerful, and approachable personality with strong people skills and the confidence to interact with different types of KOLs and partners.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple KOL partnerships, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
