Job summary

Dorskin is seeking a KOL Specialist to identify and engage key influencers for campaigns in Indonesia. You will recruit KOLs, manage campaign admin, and maintain influencer agreements, while building strong relationships to elevate program quality.

The role requires 1–2 years in KOL or influencer management, excellent communication, and strong analytical skills. On-site work at Alam Sutera is expected. Collaboration within a team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist.
• Experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencers/Creators) is a strong advantage.
• Skilled at developing creative content angles and creating briefs for KOLs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
