Job summary

Mindo is seeking a skilled KOL/Influencer Marketing Lead in Indonesia to research, manage relationships with KOLs, and align campaigns with client goals. You will develop end-to-end KOL strategies, coordinate content creators, and ensure brand guidelines are followed while optimizing campaign impact.

The role requires 3–5 years in influencer marketing or related fields, strong English skills, and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication within the team.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, account management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and managing a high-performing team.
• Solid understanding of KOL/influencer marketing and campaign flow.
• Preferably has background in agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Experience working with international clients/KOLs or multilingual environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skill
• Excellent understanding, managing and execution of SLA management and internal escalation processes.
• Strong ownership and accountability in managing tasks and team goals.
• Able to work independently while maintaining composure under pressure.
