CV Royale Heritage Innv is seeking a KOL Specialist to manage and grow our KOL Review program. You will source Nano, Micro, and Macro KOLs, manage outreach, negotiate terms, and coordinate product seeding to ensure timely publication of content.

The role requires 1–2 years in KOL/Influencer Marketing or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets for database management and reporting. A fast-paced environment and precise record-keeping are essential traits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in KOL sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Source and outreach to Nano, Micro, and Macro KOLs for collaborations.
• Expand the KOL database based on campaign needs.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
• Maintain KOL records including rate cards, taxes, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate product seeding and deliveries to KOLs.
• Monitor content performance and identify long-term collaborators.
• Provide campaign briefs and ensure timely content publication.
• Prepare performance reports and evaluations.
