Job summary

Finture in Jakarta is seeking a proactive KOL/Influencer Manager to drive partnerships with brands in F&B, Beauty and lifestyle. You will identify relevant KOLs, forge collaborations, and ensure campaigns align with brand goals.

You will negotiate terms, coordinate with marketing, content and legal teams, and monitor campaign performance, optimizing strategies for impact. The role requires readiness to work in SCBD area and a passion for influencer marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in KOL/Influencer acquisition or management in F&B, Beauty or lifestyle category.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Willing to be placed in SCBD area.
