Job summary

International Beauty Products Ltd. is seeking a KOL/Influencer Manager to identify and engage key opinion leaders across social platforms.

The role involves building a structured KOL database by platform and tier, maintaining strong partnerships with influencers, and crafting campaign plans aligned with client brands. The ideal candidate will stay ahead of social media trends, optimize budgets, and handle campaign documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Strong understanding of digital media trends and influencers.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, time management and data analysis.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify KOLs or influencers across digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain a KOL database categorized by platform and tier.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers.
• Develop plans and strategies for KOL campaigns for each client/brand.
• Optimize campaign budgets and ensure targets are achieved for each campaign.
• Handle administrative tasks for each campaign, including MoU, PO, and related documentation.

Job Responsibility

• Research and identify KOL or influencers across various digital platforms (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) who can effectively represent the company’s in-house brands
• Develop and maintain a KOL database categorized by digital platform and KOL tier
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and influencers
• Develop plans and strategies for KOL campaigns for each client/brand
• Optimize campaign budgets and ensure targets are achieved for each ongoing campaign
• Handle administrative tasks for each ongoing campaign, including MoU, PO, and other related documentation
• Understand and analyze social media trends and algorithm updates across various platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Deep understanding in digital media trends, KOL or Influencer, and digital platform
• Have KOL or Influencers database is a plus point
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Good at communication, time management, interpersonal, teamwork, attention to detail, and data analysis
• Ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
