The KOL and Affiliate Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. You will identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners that align with the brand’s values and audience.

Daily duties include coordinating campaigns, negotiating terms, managing content schedules, and tracking performance with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns, maintain partner relationships, and deliver regular performance

Competenze

• Experience in influencer, KOL, or affiliate marketing including partner sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management for long-term collaboration.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and content trends in beauty/personal care.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
• On-site work in Jakarta Metropolitan Area and cross-functional collaboration.
• Prior skincare/beauty brand experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.

Role Description

The KOL and Affiliate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and affiliate partners that align with the brand’s values and target audience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating campaigns, negotiating collaboration terms, managing content and posting schedules, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with partners. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging, optimize campaign outcomes, and provide regular reports and insights on KOL and affiliate activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer, KOL, or affiliate marketing, including partner sourcing, outreach, and relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on long-term collaboration
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content trends within the beauty and personal care industry
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously
• Ability to work on-site in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in skincare or beauty brands is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
