Job summary

PT DECISION TREE INDONESIA is looking for a proactive Affiliate Marketing specialist to develop and run programs that boost brand visibility and sales from Jakarta. You will recruit affiliates, nurture partnerships, and optimize campaigns for higher ROI.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1 year in affiliate/influencer marketing, strong communication and English, and on-site work in Pluit, Jakarta Utara. You will collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
• Up-to-date about the latest beauty trends on TikTok.
• Able to operate Ms Office (Word and Excel).
• Able to speak English.
• Willing to work on-site in Pluit, Jakarta Utara.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, influencers, and partners.
• Identify and approach potential affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Provide affiliates with promotional materials, product information, and campaign updates.
• Track affiliate commissions and ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOL.
