Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a KOL Specialist to design and drive influencer marketing strategies that boost brand visibility in the beauty space.

You will identify and recruit KOLs, manage end-to-end collaborations, and oversee content planning and campaign execution while tracking performance and reporting insights weekly and monthly. The role requires staying ahead of industry trends and working from the office in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations.
• Beauty industry experience and a network of beauty influencers is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with social media platforms and basic reporting metrics (reach, views, engagement).

As a KOL Specialist, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies for influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
• Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience
• Manage end-to-end collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing actionable insights and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers in the beauty sector

• 1-2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including handling agreements, payments, and campaign execution
• Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of beauty influencers being a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance, with a basic understanding of reporting metrics such as reach, views, and engagement rate
• Capable of handling multiple KOL campaigns simultaneously and accustomed to working with targets
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
