Zusammenfassung

PT. Akasha Wira International, Tbk. seeks a KOL Specialist to conceptually design and manage demand-driving influencer campaigns in the beauty sector.

You will partner with KOLs, ensure alignment with brand voice, and lead brief campaigns to boost social visibility. You will develop end-to-end influencer campaigns aligned with objectives and KPIs, manage a diverse talent pool, and support fast-paced campaigns from TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or any related field.
• Proven min. 1 year of work experience in KOL Specialist, especially in beauty industry.
• Experience in handling a diverse range of talents, especially in beauty industry.
• Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brainstorming.
• Have a huge database of KOL.
• Enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
• Have a good communication skill, out of the box, and able to work in a fast paced company.
• Willing to be placed at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, full on-site working (WFO).
• Able to join ASAP.
