Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including agreements, payments, and campaign execution.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Identify, research, and recruit KOLs and influencers aligned with the brand image and audience.
• Manage end-to-end collaborations including contracts, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns; provide weekly and monthly reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers in beauty sector.
