Job summary

Finture in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale a high-performing KOL/Creator team across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. You will own creator acquisition, negotiations, and end-to-end campaign execution in a fast-growing environment.

You will leverage data-driven strategies, analytics, and partnerships with MCNs, talent agencies, and creator communities to drive reach, ER, ROI, and network growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Creator Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or MCN Management.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in building and scaling large creator networks and high-performing teams.

Job description

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing KOL/Creator team, while driving creator acquisition and network growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, MCNs, talent agencies, affiliates, and creator communities.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creator sourcing, negotiation, campaign execution, content management, and performance optimization.
• Analyze creator and campaign performance using key metrics and develop data-driven strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead large-scale creator campaigns and ensure consistent execution and results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Creator Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or MCN Management, with 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in building, managing, and scaling large creator networks and high-performing KOL/Creator teams.
• Strong experience working with KOLs, MCNs, talent agencies, affiliates, and creator communities, as well as managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a good understanding of Reach, Views, ER, CPA, CAC, ROI, Approval, Registration, and GMV.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred: Strong KOL/MCN network in Indonesia & Southeast Asia, experience managing 500+ creators/month, and familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate and Creator Marketplace.
