Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale a high-performing KOL/Creator team. You will drive creator acquisition and network growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, while managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in influencer marketing with 3+ years of leadership, a proven track record of scaling large creator networks, and strong data-driven decision-making to hit performance targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Marketing, Creator Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing, or MCN Management.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proven track record in building, managing, and scaling large creator networks and high-performing KOL/Creator teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a good understanding of Reach, Views, ER, CPA, CAC, ROI, Approval, Registration, and GMV.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, MCNs, talent agencies, affiliates, and creator communities.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creator sourcing, negotiation, campaign execution, content management, and performance optimization.
• Analyze creator and campaign performance using key metrics and develop data-driven strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead large-scale creator campaigns and ensure consistent execution and results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred:

Strong KOL/MCN network in Indonesia & Southeast Asia, experience managing 500+ creators/month, and familiarity with TikTok Shop Affiliate and Creator Marketplace.
