Job summary

Pizza 4P’s is hiring a Food Supervisor (Assistant Manager) to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the kitchen, pizza kitchen, and central kitchen cheese production. You will ensure food quality, safety compliance, and production execution while assisting in cost control and team development.

Candidates should excel in leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering consistent standards across shifts and deputizing for the Restaurant Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and deputize the Restaurant Manager on food quality and safety.
• Experience in conducting QC audits and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Strong focus on cost control, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager in overseeing the kitchen, pizza kitchen, and central kitchen/ cheese production.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards across shifts; enforce standards with Leaders.
• Review shift results, direct corrective actions, and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• Implement SOPs, propose improvements, and ensure team compliance.
• Manage scheduling coverage, approvals, and succession planning for Leaders and team.
• Coordinate with FOH and support functions for end-to-end operations.
• Conduct scheduled QC audits for kitchen and pizza kitchen outputs and document findings.
• Provide leadership and serve as a role model for Pizza 4P’s core values.
• Produce reports on kitchen operations and report issues in a timely manner.
