Job summary

Pizza 4P’s is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the kitchen team in our Jakarta unit. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and coordinate prep to ensure smooth service flow.

• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented
• Able and willing to handle non-halal ingredients
