Job summary

Pizza 4P's Indonesia is hiring a Daily Worker for our Central Kitchen to support production, ingredient prep, and packaging for restaurant supply. You will operate basic equipment, follow schedules, and maintain hygiene standards in a high-volume setting.

Successful candidates are comfortable with shift work, can stand for long periods in chilled areas, and collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely, quality output.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a shift system (on weekends/public holidays as scheduled)
• Able to work in a high-volume, time-targeted production environment
• Physically able to stand for long periods and work in chilled areas
• Detail-oriented with strong hygiene, discipline and responsibility
• Positive attitude and able to work well in a team
• Previous experience in kitchen production, central kitchen, food manufacturing, or F&B is a plus
• Proficient in basic English conversation

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, portioning, and processing of ingredients and products according to production standards and recipes
• Operate and clean basic production equipment under supervision
• Follow production schedules
• Weigh, measure, pack, label, and store finished products according to SOP (including date labeling and FIFO)
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the production area, tools, and equipment
• Comply with food safety, HACCP, and personal hygiene standards at all times
• Support receiving, handling, and storage of raw materials, including cold and chilled storage areas
• Report quality issues, shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor promptly
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely, quality output
