Job summary

PT-Ruang-Raya-Indonesia- is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to coordinate multiple branches in the Denpasar region, ensuring smooth operations and effective execution of academic processes.

You will lead events and marketing activities to drive student engagement and enrollment, while monitoring branch PnL and local market opportunities to boost revenue. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven leadership in Sales & Marketing, BD, or Ops.
• Experience in early childhood education or startups is a plus.
• Strong people management with team leadership.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or more branches in the region.
• Lead branch-level initiatives, events, and marketing to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing market conditions and optimizing revenue.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience and journey to ensure loyalty.
