Job summary

APP Group is seeking a qualified sales professional to manage B2B Customer, hypermarket, supermarket, and Local Modern Trade channels in the Central Java region (Semarang). You will drive sales targets, forecast demand, and craft strategies to expand market share.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in Key Account FMCG, strong MS Office skills, and are willing to be based in Semarang. Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• At least 2-6 years of working experience with strong Key Account FMCG background.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain B2B Customer, hypermarket, supermarket, Local MT channel in region to achieve sales target.
• Support sales forecasting and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable business solutions.
• Research potential accounts and follow up sales leads actively.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain and expand customer database within assigned area.
