SPIE Global Services Energy in Indonesia is seeking an Engineering Support (Commissioning/Process Engineer) for a fixed-term 3-month contract. You will develop and review commissioning procedures, plan and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover activities, and provide process engineering support during project execution.

Aufgaben

• Develop and review commissioning, start-up, and handover procedures.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, testing, and handover activities.
• Provide process engineering support including design review and operating philosophy development.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and contractors to ensure readiness.
• Verify compliance with design specs, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution during commissioning.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, and commissioning docs for completeness and operability.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, standards, and regulations.
• Support operator training and knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test records, punch lists, and handover docs.

• 1. Develop and review commissioning, start-up, and operational procedures to ensure safe and efficient system handover.
• 2. Plan, coordinate, and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover activities.
• 3. Provide process engineering support, including process design review, operating philosophy development, and system optimization.
• 4. Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and contractor teams to ensure commissioning readiness and successful project execution.
• 5. Verify process systems, equipment, and control philosophies comply with design specifications, operational requirements, and safety standards.
• 6. Support process simulations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues during commissioning and start-up.
• 7. Review PFDs, P&IDs, cause & effect diagrams, operating manuals, and commissioning documentation to ensure technical completeness and operability.
• 8. Monitor commissioning and process performance, identify risks or gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
• 9. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company standards, and applicable industry codes and regulations.
• 10. Support operator training, operations readiness activities, and knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance teams.
• 11. Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, test records, punch lists, and system handover documentation.
• 12. Provide technical leadership and guidance to commissioning personnel and project stakeholders throughout project execution and start-up.

Profile

• - Having the minimum 5-10 years of working experience for Oil and Gas industries for the sampe position
• - Having the experience of working at LNG
• - Having the knowledge and understanding of Maintenance and Integrity build
• -Having the experience at the same position for the last 5 years
• - Have a good plan, coordinate, and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover activities.
