Paramadina is seeking a regulatory compliance professional to manage OSS, NIB, and related registrations, while handling Bapenda matters and maintaining annual reporting. You will monitor regulatory changes and prepare GCG memos, SOPs, and procedures, coordinating audits and information requests across business units.

The role requires a Law degree, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fresh graduates welcome, internship in Legal/Compliance helpful.
• Basic understanding of business licensing, corporate regulations, OSS and NIB.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documents and deadlines.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

• Prepare and maintain GCG-related memos, SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and information requests.
• Follow up with internal teams on compliance implementations.
• Escalate material compliance issues to the manager.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Manage OSS, NIB, business licensing, and other regulatory registrations
• Handle Bapenda-related regulatory matters
• Maintain the Group yearly report and prepare the annual report
• Maintain the regulatory compliance calendar and monitor relevant deadlines
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their initial impact on the Company, including SKPD and OSS-related matters
• Prepare and maintain GCG-related memos, SOPs, policies, and procedures
• Maintain compliance documentation and records
• Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections, and information requests
• Follow up with relevant business units on compliance implementation
• Escalate material compliance issues to the manager

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with relevant internship experience in Legal, Compliance, or Corporate-related functions
• Basic understanding of business licensing, corporate regulations, OSS, and NIB
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with documents, data, and deadlines
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to understand regulations and summarize key requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills to follow up with internal teams and external parties
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks responsibly
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
