Job summary

STIE YAI is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance role focusing on registrations, licensing, and governance. You will support OSS/NIB processes, manage deadlines, and prepare annual reports, while tracking regulatory changes and coordinating audits with internal teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Law degree, are detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential documents and multiple tasks with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law required, fresh graduates welcome.
• Internship in Legal, Compliance, or Corporate functions preferred.
• Basic understanding of business licensing, corporate regulations, OSS and NIB.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage OSS, NIB, business licensing and regulatory registrations.
• Handle Bapenda-related regulatory matters.
• Maintain the Group yearly report and prepare the annual report.
• Maintain the regulatory compliance calendar and monitor deadlines.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess initial impact on the Company (OSS/NIB).
• Prepare and maintain GCG memos, SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain compliance documentation and records.
• Coordinate regulatory audits, inspections and information requests.
• Follow up with internal teams on compliance implementation.
• Escalate material compliance issues to the manager.
