PT reNIKOLA Primer Energi & Group is seeking a Corporate Affairs Executive to oversee regulatory affairs, licensing, and compliance in Jakarta. The role also supports HR-related matters, employee administration, and governance coordination.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years' experience in corporate/regulatory roles, with strong communication in Indonesian and English, and a proactive, cross-functional coordination mindset.
The Corporate Affairs Executive supports the administration and monitoring of OSS, business licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements, including coordination with relevant government authorities and external consultants. The role also supports HR and employment-related matters, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, corporate governance, and compliance coordination.
Key responsibilities
Support the administration and monitoring of OSS, business licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements, including coordination with relevant government authorities and external consultants
Support HR and employment-related matters, including employee administration, employment compliance, and coordination with relevant manpower authorities
Maintain and monitor corporate, regulatory, licensing, and compliance documentation to ensure timely submission and renewal
Support the implementation and administration of compliance requirements, including coordination with internal teams and relevant authorities
Support corporate governance and other Corporate Affairs activities, including preparation of correspondence, reports, documentation, and regulatory submissions
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on Corporate Affairs, HR, regulatory, and compliance matters
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Affairs, HR/GA, Legal & Compliance, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions
Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
Familiarity with OSS, business licensing, and government regulatory processes is an advantage
Strong administrative, documentation, communication, and coordination skills
Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively across different functions
