Job summary

PT. GEOSERVICES is seeking a detail-oriented sales coordinator to prepare regular reports for each principal, track visit outcomes, and monitor project progress and upcoming opportunities.

The role requires close communication with principals to update on sales activities and pricing benchmarks in English. You will assist in client payment follow-ups, ensure timely payments from the company to principals, and handle draft agreements between new principals and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics, Geological Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of business processes and a business-oriented perspective.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular sales reports for each principal, including visit outcomes and progress on ongoing projects.
• Communicate with principals to provide updates on sales activities, leads, and pricing benchmarks.
• Assist in following up and monitoring client payments until receipt by the company and ensure timely payments to principals.
• Receive and process draft agreements between new principals and the company.
