Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA) are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Research potential investment targets and conduct market sizing, competitive analysis and regulatory checks.
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments and post-investment monitoring.
• Support investment execution, deal structuring and negotiation.
• Conduct cross-functional diligence including tax, legal and operational analysis.
