Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily and monthly branch performance and other key performance indicators.
• Monitor branch projects, stock, operational activities, installer rewards, operational costs, and other business initiatives.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate with branches and related divisions for follow-up and improvement.
• Monitor the progress of branch projects, campaigns, customer issues, and management directives.
• Support sales and business development initiatives across branches.
• Analyze branch performance and market conditions to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with branch teams and related departments to ensure business initiatives are properly executed.
• Support initiatives to improve sales performance, branch productivity, and overall business growth.
• Support the VP in managing priorities and monitoring key business initiatives.
• Prepare business reports, analysis, presentations, and other materials required by management.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
• Support day-to-day coordination and administrative matters related to business activities.
