Job summary

PT DCT Total Solution is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer (Business Development & Sales) in Bekasi to manage relationships with existing and new clients, identify growth opportunities, and present products to B2B and B2C prospects.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Sales to meet growth targets, follow up on the sales pipeline, and prepare reports on client activity and market needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship, or Account Executive (fresh graduates with active organizational track record or internship in sales welcome).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems; PowerPoint and Excel with data processing formulas.
• Experienced in creating price quotations.
• Skilled in negotiation.
• Communicative and active; able to build networks and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Able to drive and possess a Class A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
• Identify new business development opportunities to expand networks and increase sales.
• Conduct product/service offerings, presentations, and negotiations with B2B or B2C clients.
• Perform regular follow-up on sales pipeline and customer satisfaction.
• Work with Marketing, Operations, Sales to achieve growth targets.
• Create reports on client activities, sales progress, and market needs analysis.
