Job summary

Nuh Digital Kreasi in Jakarta is seeking a Junior Account Executive who enjoys meeting new people, understands business challenges, and translates conversations into opportunities. You’ll collaborate with clients and delivery teams to shape solutions that fit their goals.

You’ll work in Tebet, South Jakarta, in a hybrid setup, managing multiple client conversations and supporting proposals to grow the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a client-facing or account role; digital agency experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Understanding of digital products like websites, apps, CRM, or loyalty programs.
• Clear communication skills and confidence speaking with clients.
• Good follow-through, attention to detail, able to manage several conversations.

• Work with design, development, and project manager teams to ensure a clear handover when a project begins.

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing, business development, or account executive role. Digital agency experience is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with relevant Account Executive internship experience in a similar industry are also welcome to apply.
• A basic understanding of digital products such as websites, mobile apps, CRM, or loyalty programs, and an interest in learning more.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to speak with clients.
• Good follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several conversations at once.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to solving problems.
• Willingness to meet clients when needed and work in a hybrid arrangement based in Tebet, South Jakarta.
