Job summary

You will coordinate with Creative, Social Media, and Performance Marketing teams; prepare proposals and reports; and identify growth opportunities with local and international brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Account Executive, Account Manager, Client Service, or related roles.
• Experience in a digital advertising agency, creative agency, media agency, or related industry preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as:

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.

Understand clients' business objectives, needs, expectations, and campaign briefs.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Manage client projects from briefing and planning through execution and completion.

Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Strategy, and other relevant teams.

Ensure all projects are delivered according to the agreed brief, timeline, budget, and objectives.

Manage client communications, feedback, approvals, revisions, and follow-ups.

Prepare and present proposals, campaign plans, and campaign performance reports to clients.

Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to clients.

Handle client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.

Support the team in pitching, proposal development, and business development activities.

Monitor campaign progress and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Client Service, or in a relevant position.

Previous experience in a digital advertising agency, creative agency, media agency, or related industry is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate, present, and correspond professionally in English.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Comfortable working with deadlines, targets, and a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling local and international brands.

Experience communicating directly with international clients in English.

Proven experience in pitching, campaign planning, proposal development, and business development.

Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.

Experience handling social media campaigns, KOL/influencer campaigns, performance marketing, or integrated digital campaigns.
