Job summary

Klinik Utama Dym Medical Clinic Indonesia (Pt Dym Medical Indonesia) in Tangerang is looking for a friendly Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will handle check-ins and check-outs and assist guests with their needs to ensure a smooth stay.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and a welcoming personality. Experience in customer service and basic computer skills, including front desk systems, are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a front desk role is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including front desk software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and handle all guest transactions accurately.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding facilities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with data accuracy in the system.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
• Provide information about the local area and make dining/activity recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area at all times.
