Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Business Development professional to expand opportunities in the Japan market from Indonesia and Vietnam. You will engage with Japan-based clients, identify hiring needs, and coordinate with internal teams to support recruitment and deployment across multiple sectors.

The role requires business-level Japanese (JLPT N2) and a proven background in BD, sales, or client acquisition, with the willingness to travel to Japan as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients.
• Experience in Japan-related recruitment or manpower sending is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to Japan when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities with Japan-based companies seeking workforce solutions from Indonesia and Vietnam.
• Conduct business development activities through calls, emails, online meetings, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japan-based clients and partners.
• Identify hiring needs and propose suitable manpower solutions.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment processes.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Japan.
• Support business trips to Japan when required.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the company's local operations.
