Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Territory (Jabodetabek) to lead end-to-end recruitment for Japan, coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver suitable candidates across APAC markets.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, leveraging LinkedIn and local portals, with focus on engineering, marine, energy roles and Japanese candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Japanese market recruitment experience preferred.
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2) and English proficiency required.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn, local portals, and other channels.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, marine, energy, or technical roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Japan and APAC markets as needed.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, local portals, and agencies.
• Prioritize multiple vacancies across markets and functions.
