Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3+ preferred).
• At least 3 years in business development, B2B sales, leasing, partnerships, or commercial roles.
• Experience in property/real estate or retail leasing is preferred.
• Willing to work in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Prepare proposals, market research, and competitive analysis to guide decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with local and international clients, including Japanese partners.
